Once or twice a day, high tides create saltwater currents that move seawater up into the estuary. Water movements in estuaries transport organisms, circulate nutrients and oxygen, and transport sediments and wastes. The five major types of estuaries classified according to their water circulation include salt-wedge, fjord, slightly stratified, vertically mixed, and freshwater. Youngest Daughter calls it my "Cooking Facebook" LOL!!įor me, there is nothing better than getting together with good friends and sharing good times and great food! I am adopted and I just turned fabulous 41! I stay very busy, but like to watch Food Network and to try new recipes. Cooking is a passion and I am having fun! ) It's a pleasure to cook for my friends and family! I love to try new recipes and I prefer eating and entertaining at home to eating at a restaurant.
